Binance in Contact with Solana Team to Solve Durable Nonce Issue

Binance tweeted that deposits and withdrawals on Solana network have been resumed, and Binance has been in contact with Solana team to help resolve the durable nonce issue. Binance provided a durable nonce method to reduce the withdrawal failure rate from 60% to 3%.
