Binance Transfers 1 Billion $BUSD to New Address

On-chain data shows that a new wallet address received 1 billion $BUSD from two of Binance's wallets.

Earlier today, CZ said in a Bloomberg interview that Binance is targeting $1 billion or more for the industry recovery fund he announced previously.
