Blockchain Gaming Platform Rainmaker Games Raises $4.7 Million in Funding

Blockchain gaming platform Rainmaker Games has closed a new $4.7 million round of funding co-led by Placeholder and Hivemind Capital, with participation from Shima Capital, Coinfund, Side Door Ventures, Blockwall Capital, and others. The funds raised will be used to further develop and improve its platform, which will launch in beta in early 2023. 

Previously, Rainmaker Games closed a $6.5 million seed funding round in December 2022 with participation from Animoca Brands, Polygon Studios, Alameda Research, and others.
