Omnichain interoperability protocol LayerZero announced its partnership with Google Cloud. Now, the Google Cloud oracle is available to all LayerZero applications to verify messages. Starting from September 19, the Google Cloud oracle will become the default verifier of LayerZero. By default, the validity of every cross-chain message within LayerZero will be verified by Google Cloud.
"As with everything LayerZero, we believe the best security is modular security, so naturally this can be paired with other verifying parties like PolyhedraZK and you are able to construct the security stack that best suits your application's needs," LayerZero said in the press release.
