Injective, an interoperable layer-one blockchain for building DeFi applications, has announced the integration of Solana assets. With this integration, users can transfer Solana assets to Injective through the Injective Hub or the Portal Bridge. The Injective Hub has also integrated with the Phantom Wallet.
Injective will serve as the primary L1 gateway for Solana assets to enter the broader Cosmos ecosystem. Injective is a blockchain built using Cosmos SDK and connected with other Cosmos chains through IBC, the inter-blockchain communication protocol. Injective has active transactions with major Cosmos Chains such as Cosmos Hub, Osmosis, and Juno.
In addition, Astroport, the previous largest automated market makers (AMMs) on Terra, has deployed its public testnet on Injective and selected Injective as its new destination chain.
