NFT Trading Platform Holaplex Closes $6 Million Seed Funding Round

TokenInsight news, Holaplex, Solana's on-chain NFT trading platform, has announced the closing of a $6 million seed funding round led by CoinFund with participation from Social Capital, Valor, Solana Capital, and others. Holaplex is said to aim to provide independent artists, musicians, and creators with simple, free tools to make and sell NFT, as well as over 2,000 shops for NFT buyers and collectors to discover promising projects and emerging artists. Holaplex also leverages and contributes to the NFT protocol Metaplex, which is available on the Solana blockchain to provide fast, low-cost NFT creation capabilities.
