Pantera Capital Plans to Launch a $600 Million Blockchain Fund

TokenInsight news that Pantera Capital, a cryptocurrency asset manager with $5 billion worth of assets under management, plans to launch a new $600 million blockchain fund, having closed a $375 million fundraising in June. The fund will reportedly invest in three asset classes: 40-50% venture capital equity; 30-40% early-stage tokens; and the rest is liquidy tokens, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. The fund will focus on projects in the DeFi space. Previously, Pantera Capital earned over $300 million in investments in Polkadot.
