Rain Financial Closed $110 Million Series B Financing Led by Paradigm and Kleiner Perkins

Cryptocurrency exchange Rain Financial closed a $110 million Series B funding round led by Paradigm and Kleiner Perkins with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Global Founders Capital, MEVP and others. The funds raised will be used to strengthen its technology platform, scale its team, and obtain licenses in additional countries. Rain was founded in 2017 and two years later became the first licensed crypto asset service provider in the Middle East. Previously, Rain closed a $6 million Series A funding round led by MEVP with participation from Coinbase Ventures and others.
