Singapore to Impose Income Tax on NFT Transactions

Singapore's current income tax rules will apply to NFT transactions, as well as to individuals who benefit from them, Finance Minister Lawrence Wong said in Parliament on Friday. In addition, since Singapore does not have a capital gains tax system, capital gains made by individuals through NFT transactions are not taxed.
