Singapore to Impose Sanctions on Russian Banks and Crypto Funding

Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement saying that it will impose unilateral sanctions against Russia. The sanctions include targeted financial measures against designated Russian banks and restrictions on cryptocurrency transactions that could be used to circumvent financial sanctions.
