The current Sui testnet has 100 globally distributed validators, achieving a peak throughput of 10,871 TPS to 297,000 TPS on various workloads. The transaction latency of Sui is approximately 480 milliseconds. Sui will later optimize in aspects such as "scalability and coverage of benchmark testing tools" and "horizontal scalability to support internal expansion of validators across multiple machines."
