TI Rating Report: Hillstone Finance

Hillstone Finance is a blockchain-based asset liquidity project launched by Hillstone Partners, a private equity firm with more than 20 years of history in Korea. It aims to provide retail investors with more diverse investment opportunities that are inaccessible in traditional finance, with fewer geographical restrictions on investment.

As of Aug 2022, Hillstone Finance has already launched the hybrid investment platform, Investors Beta, and the IDO platform, Hike Pad. Also, the private investment platform, Fundy, is under development now.

$HSF is the native token of Hillstone Finance that is deployed on Ethereum. It functions as the payment/collateral method in the ecosystem. Users can use $HSF as collateral to invest in bonds, private equities, and alternative investments verified and listed by the platform. According to the disclosure, they are also allowed for instant liquidation of assets within the ecosystem.
