What is the usage or value of PKF?

As utility tokens, RKF can be used to pay transaction fees, pay service fees for functions such as DocuGuard, Decentralized Gate, and be staked to earn rewards. RKF is also governance tokens, and users participate in the voting and governance of the protocol by staking RKF.
