What is Fungible Token

Fungible Token is a general term for a class of identical token assets that can be theoretically infinitely divided into smaller parts and are essentially indistinguishable from each other. Any two identical Fungible Tokens can be exchanged equivalently. USDC, DAI, BNB, SHIB, etc. are all Fungible Tokens.

The word "Fungible" means "replaceable by another/other goods of the same kind", and is generally used to describe goods or commodities that are identical without any difference, and the same category of goods is entirely replaceable with each other without an individual specimen being specified, such as potatoes, apples, cell phones, dollars, etc.
