Twitter Stock Drop over 18% as Elon Musk Says $44B Acquisition Deal 'Temporarily on Hold'

Elon Musk tweeted that the Twitter deal is temporarily on hold pending details supporting the calculation that spam/fake accounts do indeed represent less than 5% of users. Twitter stock has plummeted more than 18% premarket.
