Former Nova Labs Chief Product Officer Is Joining the Helium Foundation as CEO

Abhay Kumar, former Nova Labs Chief Product Officer, is joining the Helium Foundation as CEO. In addition, the Solana engineering team from Strata has been acquired as part of the effort to migrate all protocol development to the Foundation.
