StarkNet Will Launch Second Testnet on Goerli

StarkNet will launch a second testnet on Goerli. The purpose of this new testnet is for developers to test their apps in a less congested and noisy environment.

In the meantime, developers are calling on the community to suggest a naming system for the StarkNet testnet for the test network names "Goerli1" and "Goerli2", which will be chosen in the coming days.
