Twitter v. Elon Musk Trial Set for October

According to Bloomberg, Delaware Court of Chancery Judge Kathaleen McCormick set the Twitter v. Elon Musk case for a five-day trial in October, rather than the two-week trial in February that Elon Musk had advocated, during a hearing in Wilmington.
