YGG and Merit Circle Ltd published a joint statement, announcing that both parties have come to an agreement to terminate the formal relationship between the Merit Circle DAO and YGG. Previously, Merit Circle DAO voted to pass the proposal to buy out YGG's share of $MC for $1.75m.
