Beldex is a mined Proof-of-Stake coin with masternodes as a mining opportunity to the community. Originally a fork of Monero, Beldex has integrated PrivateSend privacy protocol from DASH and a few more key privacy features like ViewKey from ZEC to improve the original privacy, as well as its own configurable privacy technology.
To operate a Master Node, an operator time-locks a significant amount of $BDX and provides a minimum level of bandwidth and storage to the network. In return for their services, Beldex Master Node operators receive a portion of the block reward from each block.
