Optimus is a collection of droid characters NFTs on BNB Chain introduced by OptimusTesla, a group of early Tesla stock holders and fan of Elon Musk.
The collection is inspired by Tesla Bot, also known as Optimus, a conceptual general-purpose robotic humanoid under development by Tesla, Inc. It was announced at the company's Artificial Intelligence Day event on August 19, 2021. CEO Elon Musk claimed during the event that Tesla would likely build a prototype by 2022.
The project plans to launch OptimuSwap for users to stake tokens like $OPT (their own native token), $WBNB, $BTCB, and $ETH.
