PropChain is an incoming blockchain-based real estate investment platform. Investors can browse real estate assets through PropChain's mobile application, invest in them with no minimum payment requirement, and receive passive income afterwards.
According to PropChain, they will conduct due diligence and audit on real estate assets applied to be listed. The securitization vehicles used to organize the collected funds from investors will also be regulated under the CSSF.
