$USN is the stable coin backed by $NEAR and is introduced by Decentral Bank. Decentral Bank's goal is to create a stablecoin that is truly stable, which can withstand a bear and thrive in a bull market while staying overcollateralized and easy to use.
Decentral Bank will have ongoing incentive programs, funded by staking $NEAR from the Reserve Fund. Staking $NEAR will both support the DPoS consensus mechanism of the protocol as well as DeFi on the NEAR and Aurora ecosystems.
